From Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont
From Town of Saranac Lake
From Albany:
- 87
Northway - North, to Exit 30 - Keene/Keene Valley (approx. 1 1/2
hrs)
- Left off
exit onto 9N / 73 West.
- Left at
Y (intersection w/island, a bit confusing). Take this road thru
Keene.
- Bear
Left again at Y - on 73 to Lake Placid
- Left at
3rd Y onto Military Rd - past ski jumps on left & then Horse
Show grounds on right
- Take
Military to end, Left to Saranac Lake ( 7 miles)
- This Rte
86 will take you to Town Hall w/ clock tower (traffic signal).
- Go left
at Town Hall and follow road around the lake (Lake Flower)
- Bear
left @ 1st Y in road - Kiwassa Rd (No outlet sign)
- Bear
Left @ 2nd Y (tree with camp names on it)

Stonehedge is 1st drive on right.
- Turn right when you enter the drive and come down the hill
to the first parking area.
From Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont:
- Route 93
North toward Concord, NH
- From 93 N, take Rte 89 North
(for approx. 2 hour ride to EXIT 17).
Please note - There are 3 ferries to NY which you will see signs
for as early as exit 13, but stay on 89 to exit 17 to catch
the Grand Isle - Plattsburgh Ferry.

- Exit 17 - Champlain Islands to NY via Grand Isle Ferry
- Right off exit on
2 West - NYS via Ferry (watch signs for Grand Isle Ferry)
- Left @ blinking light (Mobile Station)
- Left at
next blinking light to buy tickets and board ferry (the ferry is
a 10 min. ride, boards every 10 min., and is 60 miles from
Saranac Lake once you deboard)
- Off
Ferry - bear right thru State Park 4 miles to set of
signals
- Straight thru signal (Rte 9) onto 87 South
- Once on 87-S, take
2nd exit 38-N (it comes up very
quick!) onto Route 374 West
- Stay on 374 for 6 miles &
watch for small sign to NYS - 3 West
(Cadyville & Saranac Lake)
- NYS - 3 West for 35 miles to the end (thru Picketts Corner, Saranac, Redford,
Franklin, Bloomingdale)
- At the end, go left @ Normans General Store (rte. 3)
- Take Rte
3 to end
- Left onto Main St in Saranac Lake
- Go thru
signal @ Town Hall (brick bldg on right w/clock tower) - 2.4
miles to Lodge
- At stop sign, go left onto Kiwassa Road and follow road
around Lake Flower
- Bear
left @ 1st Y in road - Kiwassa Road (No outlet sign)
- Bear
Left @ 2nd Y (tree with camp names on it)

- From the
main intersection at the Town Hall (brick bldg w/clock tower),
proceed west away from town, across the small dam and past the
Little Italy Restaurant.
- Follow
residential road around the lake (Lake Flower).
- Bear
left @ 1st Y in road - Kiwassa Rd (No outlet sign).
- Bear
Left @ 2nd Y (tree with camp names on it).
